" IRC Egypt " Is the way to India where the international competition takes place at IIT Bombay.
Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay is one of the premier institutes in the field of science and technology in the world. Techfest, a non-profit student organization of IIT Bombay has been organizing its annual science and technology festival.
International Robotics Challenge, a unique initiative by Techfest will be conducted in two stages, the first of which will be the international leg of the competition being held at various universities worldwide. The winners of this stage will be invited to India to participate in the final and concluding stage which will be held at Techfest 2015, IIT Bombay in January
The idea of this competition is associated with inventing Robots capable to solve certain problems on the competition field in a five-minute-operating interval and the winning team is basically determined by the biggest number of accomplished tasks in the appointed time interval .. when there’s a tie , the winning team is the one who manages to accomplish the task in the least time .. each team has only one trial through which three attempts can be made
